How the software works for Client/User:

  • Various functions such as 'check pricing and availability', 'enter reservation', can be performed from your property's existing web site.
  • A potential guest enters information on a web page form such as room type, arrival and departure date, number of guests, then clicks a button that says “check availability.”
  • Seconds later, another page appears with a description and price of available rooms. The guest may select one of the room types and click "continue".
  • The user will see a reservation form containing fields for guest information such as name, mailing address, email address, and credit card number for securing a room with a deposit.
  • Another page appears with information much like a confirmation letter including all information submitted, details on the reserved room/s, room rate, dates of stay, and confirmation number.
  • Ready. A new reservation is received and done.

How the software works for hotel staff when a client makes a reservation by the reservation software:

  • You will recive an email with a new reservation information.
  • After a quick check of all data by you/your staff, you enter the reservation manually into the room calendar on the admin panel.
    By this way you will always have the control of any reservation coming in.
  • Ready. A new reservation is recieved and done.

How the software works for hotel staff when a client makes a reservation by phone of fax:

  • Step 1 – Staff uses "Add reservation" from the admin panel.
  • Step 2 – Staff enters check-in day and verifies the number of nights and number of persons. >> continue

  • Step 4 – Staff selects his/her choice of room ( click on room number) >> continue
  • Step 5 -Staff enter such as name, mailing address, email address, and
